twinfilin

twinfilin
Yeast actin-depolymerizing factor containing two ADF-H domains. Localizes to the cortical actin cytoskeleton. Will sequester G-actin by forming tight 1:1 complex but does not seeem to cross-link filaments. Human homologue has been identified in fibroblasts.
